Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in metalliferous open cut mining.
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.
• Chartered Professional status and AusIMM membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of complex technical studies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Engage stakeholders and translate technical data into strategic advice.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of mine planning software to guide advisory work.
• Drive business development and secure new project pipelines.
• Identify and pursue consulting opportunities through industry networks.
• Own client relationships, negotiate scope and fees, encourage repeat work.
• Lead proposals and craft tailored scopes of work for clients.
• Raise market profile through industry engagements and thought leadership.
