Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our Australian team. You will be the technical escalation point for our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence, delivering first‑class Modern Workplace services across workloads such as AzureAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.

You will enable adoption and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 stack for customers, collaborating with clients across Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer.
• Experience with core Office 365 workloads: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD identity management and related objects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class experience for Modern Workplace services.
• Lead enablement and productivity outcomes for Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Guide customers toward adoption and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 stack.
• Collaborate across AzureAD identity and authentication technologies.
