Job summary

The McGrath Foundation is seeking a Modern Workplace Lead to drive the implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 across the organisation. You will guide the business on Teams, SharePoint Online and information governance, and lead the End User Computing environment.

You’ll bring five years of Microsoft 365 experience, expertise in Entra ID and Intune, and a proven ability to manage change, training and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid Australia-wide role.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience using Microsoft 365 technologies to create secure, effective workplace solutions.
• Strong expertise across the Modern Workplace suite, Entra ID and Intune.
• Confidence leading the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on leveraging Microsoft 365 collaboration services and adoption of Copilot.
• Lead End User Computing environment delivery of desktop, laptop, mobile, and workplace tech.
• Administer AvePoint Opus and Cloud Backup for records management and data protection.
• Develop and deliver communication, training and change management plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and MSPs to deliver Modern Workplace outcomes.
