Job summary

Datacom Australia is seeking a Microsoft 365 Architect to lead governance and delivery of Intelligent Workspace solutions within the Microsoft 365 stack for enterprise customers. The role focuses on aligning business outcomes with agile delivery, providing strategic guidance and operational support across cloud-first productivity and collaboration workloads.

You will design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions, lead architecture and project delivery, develop designs and documentation,

Qualifications

8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
Experience delivering complex projects.
Strong background in Microsoft Identity and modern workplace technologies.
Proven ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams.
Experience producing architecture, design, and technical documentation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and customer consulting skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers
Lead solution architecture, technical governance, and project delivery activities
Provide expert guidance across Microsoft 365 technologies
Develop high-level and detailed solution designs for new environments and projects
Create high-quality technical and operational documentation
Act as an escalation point and technical SME for operational teams
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
Contribute to training, mentoring, and capability development across teams
