Datacom is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist - M365 to consult, design, build, and support end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions that strengthen collaboration, information management, and productivity. You will lead with co-design, provide guidance, and drive delivery using modern ITIL-aligned practices.

The role focuses on delivering governance, migration, and training within a fast-paced environment, with offices across Australia and flexibility for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Experience as a consultant in ICT professional services.
• Experience designing, building and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to co-design Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Deliver high-quality presentations, demos and workshops.
• Translate business requirements into M365-based solutions.
