Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Architect to lead governance, design, and delivery of Intelligent Workspace solutions across the Microsoft 365 stack. You will guide customers through cloud-first productivity and collaborate with operations to ensure successful outcomes.

With 8+ years’ experience, you’ll design, implement, and support MS 365 workloads including security, identity, and collaboration, while creating robust documentation and providing SME-level guidance to teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer consulting skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in multidisciplinary teams and produce architecture docs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead solution architecture, governance, and project delivery activities.
• Provide expert guidance across Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution designs for new environments and projects.
• Create high-quality technical and operational documentation.
• Act as escalation point and SME for operational teams.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to training, mentoring, and capability development.
