Job summary

Datacom in Australia seeks a Senior Solution Specialist to co-create end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions that boost collaboration, information management, and productivity. You will consult, design, build and support modern, enterprise-scale M365 environments, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.

You will lead with a consultative, co-design approach and guide decisions using best practices while delivering in a fast-paced, governance-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a consultant in ICT professional services.
• Extensive knowledge designing, building and deploying M365 Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365 from legacy platforms.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including designing and leading customer workshops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into practical M365 solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise information architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
• Extensive knowledge of core M365 services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to co-design solutions and guide decisions.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, demos and workshops.
• Capture business requirements and produce solution designs and reports.
• Provide technical leadership for Microsoft 365 environments and related solutions.
• Build and deploy solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Lead migration projects from legacy systems to SharePoint Online and related tools.
• Advise on document control and records management for compliance.
• Develop training materials and build customer capability through coaching.
• Provide effort estimates for proposals and support presales activities.
• Follow ITIL-based governance, change and release processes.
