Buildability Group in Sydney seeks an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Associate with a strong MEP/Building Services background to lead cost management on complex projects. You will own pre- and post-contract cost management across MEP packages, prepare cost plans and tender documentation, and provide strategic cost advice.

The role involves monitoring expenditure, forecasts and commercial risk, and collaborating with PMs, engineers and design teams to deliver value for clients.

Formación

• Background across complex building projects, ideally data centres / mission-critical environments.
• Strong pre- and post-contract capability.
• Confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, technically strong and able to operate autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre- and post-contract cost management across MEP / Building Services.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and commercial reports.
• Manage tender analysis, variations, claims and valuations.
• Monitor project expenditure, forecasts and commercial risk.
• Provide strategic cost and value-engineering advice to clients.
• Work closely with PMs, engineers, contractors and design teams.
