Job summary

Arcadis in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager specialising in Engineering Services (MEP) to lead the delivery of commissions and support local teams across infrastructure and data centre sectors. Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying with engineering services relevance.
• Six+ years post-qualified experience in a similar MEP cost management role.
• Professional accreditation (RICS and/or AIQS) or commitment to obtain.
• Experience leading cost management across MEP-heavy projects and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of MEP cost management services for multiple commissions.
• Provide sound commercial management and quantity surveying leadership.
• Support proposals, client briefs, and project execution with stakeholders.
• Assess risk, time, cost and quality within sustainability constraints.
