Role Overview

This role is suited to an experienced MEP Estimator with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems within a construction environment.

You'll play a key role in supporting major projects from design through to construction, preparing accurate estimates, reviewing contractor pricing and providing strategic cost advice to clients. Working closely with project teams, consultants and contractors, you'll help ensure projects are delivered with strong commercial outcomes while continuing to develop your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent analytical and commercial problem‑solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
