Atom Resources in Sydney is seeking an experienced MEP Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial and cost consultancy. You will work on major projects with a focus on cost management and QS duties.

The client seeks individuals with consultancy experience, a track record on data centres or health projects, and the ability to operate autonomously, with flexibility on permanent or contract arrangements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience.
• Strong MEP cost planning and cost management capability.
• Consultancy experience preferred.
• Major project exposure, data centres or health.
• Client-facing and autonomous working style.
