Job summary

Framework Search & Select in Sydney is seeking an Associate Cost Manager to lead cost planning, estimation and budget control for landmark DC builds. You will deliver strategic commercial advice to clients and manage tenders, contracts and value engineering initiatives.

You’ll work with a globally respected consultancy, benefit from structured development and clear progression toward Associate Director and Director levels, with flexible working options where possible.

About You

• Proven experience in MEP cost management/quantity surveying within a consultancy environment
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering
• Chartered (MRICS / AIQS) status or actively pursuing accreditation
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
