Eastern Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Educator (Grade 5) to lead education and clinical governance within the Mental Health Learning & Teaching Directorate. The role emphasizes recovery-oriented care, high clinical standards and staff development across a large public health service in Melbourne.

You will drive recruitment, coordination and management of the Community Mental Health RN Transition to Specialty Practice program, and provide line management for RN Grade 4 roles while

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and registration with NMBA via AHPRA.
• Experience in acute mental health settings with recovery-oriented care.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of best practice, trauma-informed mental health care, and clinical standards.
• Experience in learning and teaching roles and supervision.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or willingness to complete.

Mansioni

• Recruit, coordinate and manage the Community Mental Health RN Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) Program.
• Provide direct line management of Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4 roles within the Mental Health Learning & Teaching Team.
• Coordinate service-wide training and knowledge translation under the Mental Health & Wellbeing Program.
