Job summary

Tresp and Associates is sourcing a Senior Tender & Contract Specialist for a global MedTech client operating across ANZ. You will manage the end-to-end tender process and oversee customer contract activity, coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Legal to deliver compliant tenders and well-structured contracts.

This role requires hands-on tender management, sharp commercial judgement, and meticulous attention to detail to navigate multiple priorities and deadlines in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Hands-on tender management experience in MedTech or regulated sectors.
• Experience managing tenders through preparation, submission, clarification, negotiation and post-tender stages.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of procurement processes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Legal and other teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Law, Commerce or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender process from identification to post-tender activity.
• Coordinate responses and negotiations with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare tender documentation for internal review and approvals.
• Manage customer contracts, extensions and variations.
• Provide tender and contract reporting to stakeholders.
• Support process improvements in tender and contract management.
