Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Roster Coordinator to lead the rostering team within the division of medicine and support the Optimize rostering project across LUHFT. The role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and experience with HealthRoster systems to improve rostering accuracy and efficiency.

The post involves delivering training workshops for end users, providing first-line support, and producing regular roster reports to the roster

Qualifications

• Experience leading rostering teams and BAU delivery.
• Excellent communication with end users and senior staff.
• Ability to implement or support Allocate HealthRoster processes.
• Proactive approach to training and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project management arrangements and adapt them as needed.
• Lead the roster team to deliver BAU schedules, payroll deadlines and absences.
• Assist with internal training for managers and staff, including training plans.
• Facilitate team activities, identify barriers and report progress to the manager.
• Develop links with IT/Systems colleagues and explain complex IT systems to staff.
• Assist with Steering Group papers and meetings; ensure timely reporting and planning.
