Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an administrator to provide accurate and efficient support to the Workforce Information Team, maintaining workforce information systems and enabling reliable reporting across the Trust.

You will deliver first-line guidance to system users, liaise with IT, Payroll and People Services, and ensure data protection compliance while escalating issues to the appropriate Workforce Information Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Workforce Information Team and maintain workforce information systems.
• Provide first-line guidance and support for system users and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Liaise with IT, Payroll and People Services to ensure data cleansing and system alignment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of workforce information systems.
• Ensure information governance and Data Protection compliance when handling sensitive information.
