Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Systems Support Lead to drive optimisation and development of its clinical systems. You will lead on major projects, configure applications, and collaborate with CCIO, training teams and end users to deliver timely, data-driven improvements.

The role requires senior-level engagement, strong NHS systems knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem resolution and user training.

Qualifications

Senior systems lead with expertise in clinical systems.
Experience configuring and developing NHS Clinical Systems.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
Ability to work with CCIO and training teams.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop functionality in the Trust's Clinical Systems following change control.
Investigate and resolve problems reported by users of the Clinical systems.
Lead on optimisation and development of systems and workflows.
Train and support end users and system trainers.
Coordinate with CCIO and senior admin staff on new developments.
Support upgrades of the system with IT staff.
Produce reports and data analysis from the systems.
Ensure data governance and security in line with IG requirements.
