Qualificações

• Previous experience in specialist practice administration.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence communicating with a diverse range of patients and healthcare professionals.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to take initiative, work independently and support a busy team.
• A warm, professional and compassionate manner, particularly when dealing with patients experiencing mental health challenges.
• Experience in mental health, psychology or a multidisciplinary healthcare setting would be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a busy reception and patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinating appointments, clinician schedules and room bookings.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary clinic.
• Building strong relationships with clinicians, patients and other stakeholders.
• Assisting with administrative processes, billing and patient records.
• Supporting workflow improvements and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently.
• Providing guidance and support to the wider administrative team as required.
