Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency with solid experience across planning, buying, and campaign delivery.
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, structured media plans with confidence and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian media landscape and how to build plans that perform.
Responsibilities
- Own campaign delivery end to end, ensuring briefs, plans, and outputs are sharp and on time.
- Turn strategy into action with smart implementation plans.
- Lead the media plan, ensuring clarity and consistency across deliverables.
- Manage workflow, timelines, and processes with pace and discipline.
- Coach junior team members to lift capability and confidence.
- Build strong relationships with partners to unlock smarter thinking.
