Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Sydney is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day liaison between clients, agency, and partners. You will drive campaigns across lifestyle brands, ensuring seamless, authentic execution that resonates with customers.

The role requires strong experience in creative or integrated advertising, excellent organization and client communication, and active collaboration across dentsu networks to deliver value and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a creative or integrated advertising agency, ideally as a Senior Account Manager or an Account Manager ready to step up.
• Solid understanding of integrated campaign delivery and production across multiple channels.
• Highly organised with excellent project management, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Creatively minded with a strong understanding of effective communications, industry trends and what drives great work.
• Proactive, collaborative and commercially savvy, with the ability to identify opportunities that deliver value for clients and the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, integrated solutions that address client briefs and business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Collaborate across the dentsu network to drive client value, identify growth opportunities and deliver seamless outcomes.
• Provide clear and accurate communication to clients, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact and ensuring alignment throughout projects.
• Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to pitches, process improvements and new ways of working.
