You’ll own the client journey from strategy through execution, balancing growth with compliance and strong governance. You’ll report to Senior Leadership, champion high-quality output, and drive commercial outcomes across the dentsu network, shaping the future of the agency in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 10+ years in media with credibility to influence senior clients.
• Leader of large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Calm under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Collaborative mindset to connect in-house and agency teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front with a high-performing team and delivery ownership.
• Drive end-to-end strategic direction and bold growth moves.
• Build and own senior client relationships at CMO level.
• Oversee delivery excellence across planning, governance and execution.
• Coach Client Directors and emerging leaders for capability growth.
• Own commercial performance including revenue growth and P&L accountability.
• Identify and drive new growth opportunities across the network.
