An experienced Senior Mechanical Services Engineer is sought to join a leading construction and infrastructure organisation delivering a landmark healthcare development in Queensland. This role provides sponsorship for the right candidate, relocation assistance and strong long-term career opportunities.
You will provide technical leadership through design, procurement, construction and commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget, across large-scale

- Lead the delivery of mechanical services packages on major construction projects
- Coordinate mechanical design, procurement, installation and commissioning
- Manage project schedules, budgets and quality objectives
- Provide technical leadership and resolve engineering and site installation issues
- Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, industry standards and safety requirements
- Monitor project costs, forecasting and commercial performance
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and consultant relationships
- Conduct constructability reviews and identify opportunities for improvements
- Support project planning, tender preparation and risk management
- Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, promoting best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery
