An experienced Senior Mechanical Services Engineer is sought to join a leading construction and infrastructure organisation delivering a landmark healthcare development in Queensland. Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of mechanical services packages on major construction projects
• Coordinate mechanical design, procurement, installation and commissioning
• Manage project schedules, budgets and quality objectives
• Provide technical leadership and resolve engineering and site installation issues
• Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, industry standards and safety requirements
• Monitor project costs, forecasting and commercial performance
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and consultant relationships
• Conduct constructability reviews and identify opportunities for improvements
• Support project planning, tender preparation and risk management
• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, promoting best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery
