Qualifications

• Multiple years of project management experience in mining or heavy industrial settings.
• Strong mechanical engineering background.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with surface maintenance projects is desirable.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and contractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple mechanical projects across surface maintenance operations.
• Manage projects from planning and mobilisation through to execution, completion and close-out.
• Coordinate contractors, engineering teams, maintenance personnel and key site stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks and reporting requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with site standards and procedures.
• Provide strong project leadership across major assets including concentrator tanks, hydro infrastructure and smelter facilities.
• Support project handover, commissioning and close-out activities.
