Design & Build Recruitment – Eastern Creek NSW is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a large, secure organisation delivering complex engineering solutions for data centres and other market-leading projects.

You will develop mechanical and structural designs, produce 3D models and drawings, and support prefabrication activities across major projects. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a focus on quality and timely delivery are essential to success in this role.

Qualificações

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in mechanical or structural engineering design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, Revit or similar 3D modelling software.
• Experience with prefabrication, modular construction or engineered systems.
• Strong design coordination and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver mechanical and structural designs for complex projects.
• Produce detailed 3D models, engineering drawings and design documentation.
• Support design and development of prefabricated systems and components.
• Coordinate design requirements with internal engineering teams, project managers, fabricators and external stakeholders.
• Ensure designs meet project specifications, relevant standards and quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency, manufacturability and installation.
• Resolve technical issues across design, fabrication and delivery stages.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to spec.
