Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering.
• Significant engineering experience within mining, minerals processing, power generation or heavy industry environments.
• Proven success delivering capital projects and sustaining plant improvements.
• Strong contractor, consultant and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience applying reliability centred maintenance principles and engineering governance frameworks.
• The ability to lead people, take ownership and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful delivery of capital projects, sustaining works and plant improvement initiatives across site.
• Lead engineers, consultants and contractors to achieve safe, high quality project outcomes.
• Improve asset reliability, maintainability and lifecycle performance through robust engineering governance.
• Influence site performance through technical leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop capability within the engineering team through mentoring and leadership.
