Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience delivering projects within mining, heavy industry, manufacturing or construction.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills.
• Ability to develop scopes of work and technical documentation.
• Experience managing contractors or project work packages.
• A proactive and solutions focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical capital projects safely, efficiently and successfully
• Develop scopes of work that drive quality project outcomes
• Improve plant infrastructure through sustaining capital initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders, contractors and operational teams
• Influence project performance across safety, cost, schedule and quality
• Build solutions that support the long-term success of the operation
