Intrax Consulting Engineers in Sydney is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of mechanical services across complex projects within our Building Services team.

You will mentor junior engineers, grow client relationships and contribute to a national multidisciplinary business, applying Australian standards, managing risks and delivering high quality outcomes under pressure.

Formación

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) required.
• Recognised as a Professional Engineer (PE).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engineering work per Australian Standards, manage risks, maintain quality, meet deadlines.
• Mentor engineers and develop people, share knowledge, support colleagues.
• Provide reliable technical advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply project planning, financial awareness and interdependencies to align with business outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide feedback.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure and drive continuous improvement.
• Design mechanical services such as air conditioning, heating and ventilation.
• Manage moderately sized projects within Mechanical and lead simple cross-disciplinary projects.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Administer contracts and documentation.
