• Significant leadership experience in Building Services consultancy or similar.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering work.
• Clear communicator with balance of client, quality and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Building Services team across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and ESD.
• Own delivery quality, utilisation and commercial performance for the department.
• Build and hold strong client relationships with developers, architects, builders.
• Win and grow work by turning technical strength into commercial outcomes.
• Coach and mentor engineers, build capability and strengthen succession depth.
• Partner with the GM NSW and national Building Services leaders to align strategy and standards.
