Job summary

Resolver Recruitment’s Sydney-based client, a leading project marketing and real estate advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across digital, social, project marketing, events and brand, while managing a small team.

You will develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, manage Meta and Google Ads, drive content calendars and audience growth, and collaborate with senior leadership to expand the brand and ROI across local and international

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Lead end-to-end project and property marketing campaigns.
• Oversee REA, Domain, EDMs, websites and marketing collateral.
• Deliver project launches, VIP events and brand activations.
• Manage and mentor marketing staff, contractors and suppliers.
• Analyse campaign performance, leads and ROI.
• Introduce AI, automation and emerging technology to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support continued brand and business growth.

Our Sydney-based client is a leading project marketing and real estate advisory firm with a strong reputation across residential project sales. With offices across Sydney and an international presence, they combine local property expertise with an extensive international buyer network.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function, drive strategy and bring fresh ideas to the business.

This is not a role where you'll simply manage agencies from the sidelines. You'll have the opportunity to be strategic, creative and hands‑on, leading campaigns across digital, social, project marketing, events and brand while managing a small team and external partners.

The Role:

• Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage Meta and Google Ads, budgets, CPL and lead generation
• Drive social media strategy, content calendars and audience growth
• Lead end-to-end project and property marketing campaigns

• A creative mindset backed by strong commercial thinking
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The confidence to operate at both a strategic and hands‑on level
