Job summary

Marble Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive integrated campaigns across residential developments, industrial assets and investment funds. You will work with a collaborative team to plan, coordinate and execute initiatives across digital, print and events.

You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio and support from experienced property and marketing professionals, including CRM management, email campaigns and content creation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Marketing Coordinator or similar experience.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, social and outdoor channels.
• Assist with email campaigns, database management and reporting.
• Manage marketing collateral production (brochures, signage, EDMs, sales materials).
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and help generate pipeline reports.
• Coordinate external agencies (creative, digital, media, PR).
• Support lead nurture initiatives and monitor campaign performance.

Marketing Coordinator | Property Developer

Our client is a highly regarded property development and funds management business with a strong track record of delivering premium residential communities and investment opportunities across Australia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their collaborative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging marketing professional to gain exposure across a diverse portfolio of residential developments, industrial assets, and investment funds while working alongside experienced property and marketing professionals.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a hands‑on role in the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple projects and business divisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media and outdoor advertising channels
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns, database management and performance reporting
• Managing the production of marketing collateral including brochures, signage, EDMs and sales materials
• Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring lead and customer data remains accurate and up to date
• Coordinating external agencies including creative, digital, media and PR partners
• Supporting lead nurture initiatives and generating CRM pipeline reports
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to improve results
• Assisting with project launches, display suite activations, open days and client events
• Updating and maintaining project websites and digital content
• Managing social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 1-3 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Exposure to CRM platforms, email marketing tools and social media management, REA and Domain
• A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work autonomously when required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite highly regarded
• An interest in property, real estate, development or investment sectors
• Exposure to AI tools and a willingness to continue developing digital marketing skills
