Mav3rik Pty Ltd. seeks a Lead Marketing Cloud Consultant for a senior, client-facing role supporting a major Melbourne-based hospitality client.

You will blend Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise with consulting and stakeholder management to design solutions in a highly regulated environment. This hands-on consultant will tackle complex challenges, present to technical and executive stakeholders, and deliver across discovery, design, configuration, deployment, and training in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) experience.
• Advanced AMPscript and SSJS skills with hands-on development.
• Strong client-facing and communication abilities for senior stakeholders.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Administrator certifications.
• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale projects with consulting leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (MCN) projects from discovery to training.
• Design, build, and optimise multi-channel and personalised campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Apply MCE + MCN fundamentals to implement MCN solutions.
• Lead client workshops and enablement sessions to drive adoption and delivery success.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders to define solutions and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
