Job summary

Credera in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive marketing transformation engagements. You will work with client teams across marketing, customer, and digital functions to design operating models, governance, and process improvements while delivering defined workstreams.

You will conduct analysis, facilitate discovery, develop recommendations, and produce client-ready artefacts while building trusted client relationships and internal capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, transformation, or related field.
• Familiarity with operating models, governance, and process improvement.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with client stakeholders across marketing, customer and digital teams.
• Support discovery interviews, workshops, and data gathering.
• Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources.
• Document current and future state operating models, processes, and governance.
• Develop client-ready presentations and transformation artefacts.
• Deliver workstreams with minimal supervision and maintain quality.
• Mentor Consultants and Analysts and share best practices.
