Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) experience.
• Advanced AMPscript and SSJS skills with hands-on development.
• Strong client-facing and communication abilities for senior stakeholders.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Administrator certifications.
• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale projects with consulting leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (MCN) projects from discovery to training.
• Design, build, and optimise multi-channel and personalised campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Apply MCE + MCN fundamentals to implement MCN solutions.
• Lead client workshops and enablement sessions to drive adoption and delivery success.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders to define solutions and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.

Mav3rik is seeking a Lead Marketing Cloud Consultant for a senior, client-facing role supporting a major Melbourne-based client in the hospitality industry.You will combine strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise with consulting and stakeholder management skills to design and deliver solutions within a highly regulated environment.We're looking for a hands-on consultant who is comfortable tackling complex challenges, working closely with clients, and translating technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and executive stakeholders.

Work Setup:

Hybrid (Melbourne/Sydney) or Remote (outside Melbourne/Sydney)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (MCN) projects, including discovery, solution design, configuration, integration, deployment, and training.
• Design, build, and optimise multi-channel and personalised customer campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Apply strong MCE + MCN fundamentals to learn and implement Marketing Cloud Next (MCN) solutions.
• Lead client workshops and enablement sessions to drive adoption and successful delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience providing technical direction, mentoring team members, and balancing hands-on delivery with consulting leadership.
