Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks a Senior Site Technical Manager focused on Manufacturing Test Engineering to lead SMT and test infrastructure at contract manufacturers for Aviation terminals. You will own testing strategies, define TCDs, and drive yield improvements across prototyping to mass production.

The role requires interfacing with engineering, operations, and business development, delivering traceable, high‑quality test solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 6+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience leading technically complex programs with infrastructure and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives and non‑technical leaders.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and product test frameworks.
• Experience in production factory SMT processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aligning with evolving customer needs for aviation terminals.
• Own SMT/test coverage with traceability from design to factory test.
• Define modular test strategies and execute sequences with Test Stand or Kazam.
• Drive yield improvement and root-cause analysis using DOEs and data.
• Provide DFM/ DFA feedback and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
