Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the manufacturing area
• Work closely with the floor team while remaining hands-on
• Help keep production operating safely and efficiently
• Support teammates with day-to-day questions and tasks
• Assist in maintaining quality and production standards
• Communicate priorities and keep the team on track
• Support training and onboarding of team members
• Collaborate with other areas of the business

About the Role

This is a Team Leader opportunity for someone with hands‑on manufacturing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

This could be your first step into leadership, with the opportunity to learn and develop your leadership skills while still being involved in the hands‑on manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the manufacturing area

• Working alongside the team on the floor and remaining hands‑on

• Helping keep production running safely and efficiently

• Supporting team members with day‑to‑day questions and tasks

• Helping ensure quality and production standards are maintained

• Communicating priorities and helping keep the team on track

• Supporting training and onboarding of team members

• Working closely with other areas of the business

• Helping identify opportunities to improve processes

• Promoting a positive, safe and supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience within manufacturing, production, assembly, engineering or a similar environment

• No previous Team Leader experience required

• Someone ready to step up and take on more responsibility

• A reliable and positive attitude

• Confident communicating and working with different people

• Good understanding of working safely in a manufacturing environment

• Willingness to learn and develop as a leader
