Job summary

PWR Advanced Cooling Technology in Stapylton, QLD, is seeking a Manufacturing Industrialisation Engineer to transition new products from design into manufacturing. You will work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Production to drive readiness and coordinate actions.

You will identify risks early, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and support Aerospace & Defence and high‑performace programmes, contributing to PWR’s growth and reputation in global motorsports and advanced cooling

Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing, engineering or production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.
• Experience coordinating technical activities across multiple teams.
• Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in industrialisation, NPI, FAI or production validation.
• Aerospace or AS9100 experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Manufacturing Industrialisation Engineer to help transition new products and projects from design into manufacturing.

Working across Engineering, Programming, Manufacturing, Quality and Production, you’ll drive manufacturing readiness, identify risks early and coordinate the actions needed to successfully move products into production.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience within manufacturing, engineering or production
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations
• Experience coordinating technical activities across multiple teams
• Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsExperience in industrialisation, NPI, FAI or production validation would be advantageous
• Aerospace, advanced manufacturing or AS9100 experience would be highly regarded
