Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the strategy, design and delivery of all Workplace, Building and Property technology for the new premises. You will drive operational readiness and ensure scalable, secure technology across integration with security, facilities and business stakeholders.

In this role you will oversee line management of project managers, manage external partners and align technology with regulatory requirements in a highly controlled banking

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience leading workplace technology, building technology or related initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver technology solutions from strategy through to operational handover.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the workplace technology strategy for the new premises.
• Coordinate across Property, Technology, Security, Operations and business stakeholders from concept to commissioning.
• Manage consultants, vendors and delivery partners and ensure governance alignment.
• Plan resourcing, recruit staff as required and manage internal IT stakeholder involvement.
• Establish service management, maintenance strategies and support procedures.
