Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Workday PATTs at Mivada Pty Ltd to lead a stream within our Workday practice and drive successful, multi-engagement delivery while shaping future growth. This senior role balances delivery excellence with client partnership, people leadership and commercial outcomes.

The role is based at our Barangaroo head office in Sydney and offers a hybrid working arrangement. You will mentor Managers and Consultants, oversee forecasting and resource planning, and contribute

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workday or systems delivery in a consulting, professional services or advisory environment.
• Proven success overseeing multiple concurrent client engagements, balancing client outcomes, people leadership and commercial performance.
• Experience managing engagement financials, including forecasting, resource planning, utilisation, margin management and change control.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across client and internal leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple Workday PATTs engagements, ensuring teams are set up for successful delivery and client outcomes.
• Act as a senior partner to clients, building trusted relationships and guiding strategic discussions, governance forums and key decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop Managers, Leads and Consultants, creating clear pathways for growth, capability development and career progression.
• Drive workforce planning, resource allocation and utilisation across the stream, ensuring the right skills are aligned to client needs.
• Maintain oversight of engagement performance, proactively addressing risks, escalations and delivery challenges through delivery leaders and project teams.
• Own engagement-level commercial performance, including forecasting, utilisation, resourcing and change management.
• Support and contribute to sales and pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, estimates, proposals and Statements of Work.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and expand the adoption of Workday solutions and services.
• Champion continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and the development of scalable delivery approaches across the practice.
