Mivada is seeking a Payroll Consultant / Senior Payroll Consultant to join our growing Workday practice in Australia, focusing on Australian payroll with some NZ exposure. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement from Barangaroo with openness to Melbourne candidates.

You will lead payroll configuration, testing, and integrations, advising clients on best practices, and helping organisations realise the value of their payroll solutions. Opportunity to mentor juniors and grow with us.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Mansioni

• Configure and optimise Workday Payroll solutions to meet client requirements and business objectives.
• Lead payroll configuration, testing, and deployment activities across implementation projects.
• Manage integrations between Workday Payroll and external systems.
• Advise clients on Workday best practices and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop payroll reporting and ensure compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related system and process issues.
• Deliver end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
• Support governance, risk, security, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Mivada's growth objectives.
