Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust is seeking an experienced senior leader to guide the Trust Management team in Australia’s securitisation market. You will oversee daily operations, cultivate key client relationships, and ensure accurate trust reporting, settlements and compliance across complex portfolios.

You will bring senior leadership experience, deep securitisation knowledge, and a strong focus on risk management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in securitisation or related industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong client relationship management, including handling sensitive matters.
• Experience building or reviewing Trust Manager models and associated testing.
• Demonstrated focus on accuracy, risk management and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly and monthly operations of the Trust Management team.
• Build and manage key client relationships, guiding clients through complex matters.
• Oversee trust reporting, payment instructions, settlements and other transactions.
• Monitor covenants, trigger events and portfolio requirements to ensure contractual compliance.
• Develop and review Trust Manager models and support user acceptance testing.
• Strengthen QA and risk practices and identify process improvements.

You’ll have scope across trust reporting, models, transactions, risk, new client onboarding and service delivery.
