White & Case seeks a Senior Manager, Business Development for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. The role partners with senior leadership to translate strategy into practical BD execution across APAC, guiding pitches, client planning and market positioning.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage key relationships and help drive client engagement and revenue growth within the firm’s corporate practice group.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant business development experience in professional services.
• Strong pitches, client planning and market positioning.
• Proven project-management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Commercially minded and analytical with strong problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute client and business development strategies aligned with firm priorities across APAC.
• Manage complex client proposals, pitches and presentations with tailored, high-quality submissions.
• Identify and develop market opportunities through market intelligence and horizon scanning.
• Advise partners on client planning, relationship management and strategic priorities.
• Lead practice and partner positioning initiatives including thought leadership and press.
• Oversee major events in collaboration with the Events Specialist.
• Mentor BD team members across APAC to ensure efficient, high-quality execution.
