Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a professional services or BD role.
• Experience in pursuit processes is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support execution of growth strategy with focus on key industries and identified jurisdictions.
• Develop sector knowledge to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Practice Group Leaders on BD plans and client analysis.
• Provide advice on strategic associate relationships and ROI-driven events.
• Develop new business opportunities via market and competitor analysis.
• Lead priority directories, pursuits, proposals and tender management.
• Plan and coordinate international conferences and client-focused trips.
• Support client experience initiatives through debriefs and feedback loops.
• Coordinate with APAC BD colleagues to advance regional initiatives.
• Maintain BD databases, records and templates and report on growth metrics.
