Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Responsible AI Senior Manager who translates complex AI governance into practical, production-grade systems. You will lead onshore and offshore teams, architect scalable AI solutions, and embed fairness, transparency, and safety into every stage of development.

You will set technical standards, oversee multi-cloud deployments with OpenAI, Anthropic, and other providers, and partner with clients to shape Responsible AI programs while growing the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software, AI/ML engineering, or data science with architecture and leadership.
• Minimum of 6 years architecting and delivering enterprise AI or data science platforms in production across major cloud providers.
• Minimum of 5 years leading large, distributed teams, including onshore and offshore delivery.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Responsible AI, AI governance, or AI ethics including fairness, explainability, privacy, or safety evaluation.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience designing agentic AI architectures with multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Embed Responsible AI across the lifecycle with governance embedded into pipelines.
• Own AI risk and governance, including model risk assessments and safety evaluations.
• Lead large-scale global delivery teams delivering production-grade AI and agentic AI.
• Architect production AI systems with guardrails across multiple providers and clouds.
• Set standards for LLMOps, data science workflows, security, and cost governance.
• Drive cost and security governance and grow AI programs for clients.
• Partner with pursuit teams to shape AI solutions and contribute to sales.
• Develop playbooks and training to raise Responsible AI maturity.
