Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead delivery and client leadership for Secure AI. You will own workstreams, bring deep Secure AI expertise, and act as a trusted advisor to executives. Ability to translate AI security concepts into business narratives and drive proposals and staffing plans is essential.

Role involves traveling up to 75–100% based on client needs. You will help shape Secure AI offerings and mentor managers while delivering high‑quality AI security services across client

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity with domain expertise in at least one discipline (AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud, GRC, or offensive security).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in at least one Secure AI domain: AI security architecture, adversarial AI, or cloud/infrastructure security for AI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agentic coding fluency: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex — used in daily delivery practice.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI architecture: LLM deployment patterns, agentic/multi‑agent systems, RAG pipelines, MLOps, A2A, AI Gateways, MCP Gateways.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI‑specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, model extraction, supply chain attacks.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI governance frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams or full engagement programs in the Secure AI practice and drive client engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Translate complex AI security concepts into clear business narratives for leadership audiences.
• Develop and coach manager-level teams and contribute to pursuit activity and proposals.
• Help design Secure AI services, asset development, and differentiating accelerators.
• Collaborate across AI areas and support sales efforts when needed.
• Deliver services that meet project quality specifications and maintain frontier expertise.
