Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager for its Secure, Responsible AI & Data Protection practice to lead day-to-day client workstreams and deliver secure AI solutions. You will design AI deployment security, craft governance offerings, and mentor practitioners across multiple AI security disciplines.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to build trusted AI systems, leverage LLM platforms, and drive compliance across the AI lifecycle. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total experience in Cybersecurity with depth in at least one area: AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud security, or responsible AI
• Minimum 1 year hands-on proficiency with agentic coding tools: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex
• Minimum 1 year of AI architecture fundamentals: LLMs, agentic systems, A2A, RAG, MLOps pipelines, MCP, AI Gateway
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI-specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, adversarial inputs
• Minimum 1 year of experience in threat modeling for AI systems (STRIDE, PASTA) in LLM deployments
• Cloud platform security fundamentals certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity Secure AI solutions that transform clients’ Enterprise AI adoption and secure AI-enabled operations
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production secure AI deployment solutions
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to create stand-out AI Security and Governance offerings
• Develop relationships with clients and gain trust of key advisors
• Contribute to practice-building assets including playbooks, reusable tools, and training materials
• Mentor consultants and support sales efforts when needed
