Job summary

Collibra is seeking a Sr. Manager, Professional Services Delivery in the APAC region to lead a team of Architects and Engagement Managers, partnering with Sales, Engagement, Support, and Product teams to ensure customer success.

You will drive delivery excellence, define standard offerings, and oversee journey-based engagements with a focus on value-based outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7–10 years in services delivery.
• Proven history building and leading professional services teams.
• Experience scaling high-performing services delivery teams.
• Exposure to AI transformation, data governance, data management, data quality.
• Extensive experience navigating complex enterprise customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Delivery responsibility: assist customers and support service roles with journey design and execution.
• Personnel management: lead architects and engagement managers, develop careers.
• Team performance: monitor utilization and maximize productivity.
• Talent development: create plans for skill growth and onboarding.
• Solution & portfolio development: define offerings, accelerators, and methodologies.
• Proposal development: support in building statements of work and journey proposals.
• Delivery quality: ensure high-quality delivery and value-based outcomes.
• Issue & escalation management: analyze root causes and drive resolutions.
