Westpac Bank in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager, Reporting to lead the delivery of trusted, decision-ready reporting by connecting to enterprise datasets and driving Power BI-led insights. You will chair governance, partner with senior stakeholders, and mentor a reporting team to advance AI-enabled analytics and automated insights.

The role focuses on consistent metrics, strong data governance, and delivering executive narratives that inform strategic decisions.

Formación

Strong Power BI capability connected to shared datasets/semantic models.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or willingness to learn agentic AI concepts.

Responsabilidades

Deliver high-quality reporting and insights using governed data sources.
Translate business questions into dashboards, analysis, and executive narratives.
Lead Power BI reporting standards, design practices, and governance.
Act as the primary reporting partner to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Explore AI-assisted reporting (Co-piliot, automated insights, natural language querying).
Lead and develop a reporting team; manage demand and prioritisation.
Ensure metric consistency, transparency, and data governance compliance.
