Lanson Partners in Sydney invites a Senior Compliance Governance professional to oversee the enterprise policy governance framework and drive governance improvements across the organisation.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal and business units to maintain current policies and satisfy regulatory obligations, while enabling robust governance reporting and audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years experience in Compliance, Policy Governance, Risk or a related governance function within a large ASX listed organisation.
• Strong understanding of policy frameworks and regulatory obligations.
• Experience operating within a large, complex organisation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong written communication and policy drafting capability.
• Ability to work across multiple business areas and balance competing priorities.

Sydney | $200k Package (Inclusive of Super)

An opportunity exists to join a large ASX-listed organisation in a senior compliance governance role.

Reporting into a high-performing governance function, you will be responsible for overseeing the enterprise compliance policy framework, ensuring policies, standards and associated governance processes remain effective, current and aligned with regulatory obligations.

Working closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal and business stakeholders, you will drive policy governance activities, support regulatory change initiatives, and enhance policy management practices across the organisation.
