Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is partnering with a well-established financial services organisation to recruit a Compliance Manager into a broad and highly visible role.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the compliance framework, providing practical regulatory advice, overseeing compliance monitoring and reporting, and supporting the business in meeting its regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of Australian regulatory requirements.
• Experience with compliance frameworks, monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to interpret regulation and provide practical business advice.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
